The program aims to empower the local youth and women organized in 22 Youth Information Centers in Bara, Dhanusha and Mahottari districts and in 15 Women Information Centers in Saptari district in order to raise their voices on current issues of local context by preparing the radio programs in their own language at local level and by themselves. It has trained 4 community reporters and 37 facilitators of the youth and women information centers. There are 37 listenners club who prepare the program and listen it in their community and sensitize the other people on the same. This radio program is broadcasting through different local fm radio stations. The program has provided 22 radio, 15 hand phones and 4 zoom recorder in the community.
