UNIFEM-VOICES (Radio program on HIV/AIDS and violence against women) funded by EQUAL ACCESS, March 2008 to August 2009
The program aims to empower the local youth and women organized in 9 Youth Information Centers in Mahottari district in order to raise their voices violence against women and interlined with HIV/AIDS and other local context by preparing the programs in their own language at local level and by themselves. It has trained 2 community reporters and established linkages with 37 facilitators of the youth and women centers trained for New Nepal radio program.
