The overall goal and objective of the project is to educate the YICs management committee members of 9 YIC, educate PLWHAs through them and network them to combat the spread of HIV/AIDS and so the stigma and discrimination in Mahottari district, which is one among the poorest of the poor in most of the development index. Major outputs of the program can be summarized as PLWHAs educated, trained and networked under YIC in their respective VDCs.
