The purpose of this research was to do baseline assessment of stigma and discrimination prevailing with the people living with HIV and AIDS in Kanchanpur , Banke, Palpa , Parsa and Jhapa districts. The research was conducted in Zonal hospitals, District Hospitals and selected area health and sub health posts. The research also was focus on to recommend the possible interventions to reduce stigma and discrimination in the health centers.
