Orientation on Total Sanitation and Behavioral change to Schools’ Committees and local stakeholders funded by Global Sanitation Fund Program ( continued in the Third Funding Phase) � Conduct 3 days orientation/training for HM, SMC, PRA, Municipality/M-WASH CC, S-WASH CC chairpersons to train at least 150 persons � Conduct 2 days orientation/training sessions to health facility staff, FCHVs and representatives from civil society, official/loose and other local networks to train at least 50 persons � Conduct 4 days training for 132 teachers from 44 schools in which they will develop plan of action and local level norms, rules and regulations on sanitation � Identify 23 sanitation champions and train and sensitize them to be used as local resources � Form 44 child clubs, one in each school with 30 members in an average, for orientation and mobilization of child club members � Establish 44 Resource Centers, one in each 44 schools for visibility, motivation etc with relevant IEC materials in partnership with municipalities
