Gender and Development

Gender and Development is core to all the work and we work under our Gender Equality and Social Inclusion policy to align all our work with national commitments. We are women owned and managed NGO and we have men as well under staffing. We keep women as direct audience and lots of affirmative actions are needed to uplift them and bring them to the level of men but we don’t leave men behind and also mainstream them with what women are doing to uplift the status of their families. We have GESI manual, guideline to review legal frameworks and good GESI trainers in the organization. We continuously do some researches to innovate on the approaches.
