The purpose of this program is to develop conflict resolution skill of 20000 youth in 392 VDCs in 8 districts namely Saptari, Siraha, Dhanusha, Mahottari, Sarlahi, Rautahat, Bara and Parsa. This program has covered almost 50 percent VDCs in all the districts. A total of 459 staffs are involved in this program as Program Director, Program Coordinator, Program Officers 2, District Program Coordinators 8, Trainers 56 and Peer Educators 392. Major activities are curriculum development, TOTs, social campaign/advocacy and reporting.
