The purpose of this training program was to train the field workers working in Enfants and Development, a French NGO. It was designed in way that the knowledge of field workers has enhanced and tackle the program in an effective way. Major contents of the training were SRH, its importance, HIV/AIDS, role of facilitators and appreciative inquiry.
