Samjhauta Nepal has been working in Saptari and Mahottari Districts since it’s establishment in 2002. Based on the experiences of working with these communities, our attempt in this project is to support and develop women leaders in such communities in order to strengthen Disaster Preparedness (DP), Disaster Risk Reduction (DPR) as well as to improve public health and promote sustainable livelihoods.
